I need help in making a selection for an alarm system, cant
make any choice from the posts.

It will be a DIY wired + wireless system which can accept optional add-ons and
possibly expansion. There is no central station monitoring facilities in my
region. Therefore, I need it to have Telco wireline, GSM and possible internet
connectivity.

1. Can connect to any GSM dialer, if no built-in. Make voice recorded status
calls to at lease 3 phone numbers and 1 SMS to another number.
2. Wireless keypad + keyfobs.
3. Able to call and listen-in.
4. Remote arm/disarm.

Will use PIR, glass break and door sensors, external siren and strobe.

NB: House is 2 story, concrete block structure, so, cannot run too many
wires.

Thanks in advance for advices.

Just about every mainstream manufacturer (Ademco/Honewell,
DSC, GE) makes panels that can easily accomodate your desires.  There are
an infinite number of threads on the forum that discuss this.  Often it
just comes down to picking one, getting the right options, installing the
panel, sensors, alerting devices, dialer and wiring.  Sometimes, the
difficult lies with the panel programming and understanding the terminology
used in the industry.  These alarm panels are made for professional
installation and the newbie DIYer may have some difficulty interpreting the
instructions.

Why do you want pre-recorded messages sent?  Why not simply have a
monitoring service dispatch police, fire, or an ambulance as appropriate?
